Hopefully this Year of the Dragon will be a pleasant and fruitful one for you and yours.
I wanted to kick things off with some belated tracks for you, and an announcement.
First off, the music. Both of these tracks are brought to you care of my latest toy, the Akai Pro APC40. The direct interface this bad boy pulls down from Ableton is some kind of amazing. I never considered myself much of a performance artist, but damned if you couldn't pull it off with this. Anyways, here are the initial results. I'm still experimenting with it, but I think they turned out alright.

So a combination of an unproductive holiday, physical illness, and some strange shenanigans with my sample storage has sidelined my prior timetable. I'll work on getting things out in one big chunk here when I can.

It will be marked by continued efforts on the frontline.
I've got a new FFXI track coming down the pipes in the upcoming week, working in conjunction with the new collaborative site Gamer ESC.
As the consolidation of efforts between staff of Pet Food Alpha, Limit Break Radio, Eorzeapedia, and FFXIclopedia, I hope to provide what I can to help build this new community.

Just wanted to chime with a notice that there should be some new music soon.
Also have my hands busy with a site redesign (fo' realz this time. fo' realz).
As much as I like the music from the turn of the millenium, my site probably shouldn't mimic that sentiment.
Anyways, I've taken some time to let the dust settle from the clamoring conundrums of the past year and my newfound love affair with Boards of Canada, and am back in action, albeit without any grand schemes for now.
